Grilled Nectarines with Burrata and Honey

 
Satisfy your sweet tooth and elevate your recipes with some locally-sourced honey! A delightful summer treat that combines the juicy sweetness of nectarines with the creamy goodness of burrata cheese, the golden touch of honey and sprigs of mint to create a perfect balance of flavours. This simple yet elegant dish is sure to impress both your taste buds and your guests, making it the perfect addition to any summer gathering or a quick and easy snack to enjoy on a warm day.

Ingredients: 6 Servings

  • 3 medium ripe nectarines, halved and pitted
  • 8 ounces of burrata cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 12 fresh mint leaves
  • Flaky sea salt
  • Cooking spray

Directions:

  1. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Spritz cut sides of nectarines with cooking spray. Place cut sides down on the pan. Grill until just tender, 4-5 minutes. Meanwhile, drain burrata; cut into 6 slices.
  2. Arrange nectarine halves, cut side up, on a serving platter. Top with burrata, honey and mint; sprinkle with salt.
