Ice Cream Bar Cake


Fall may be around the corner, but for now the weather is still nice and warm. This month we've got a sweet treat to keep you cool. Just make sure to eat it quickly and to brush when you're done!


  • 2 tubs whip cream (cool whip)
  • 2 boxes ice cream bars/sandwiches
  • Caramel sauce
  • Skor bar bits or 3-4 skor bars to crush yourself
  • Large rectangular container or whatever size you desire

  1. Layer ice cream sandwiches in bottom of dish.
  2. Spread whip cream.
  3. Squeeze caramel sauce over top of whip cream.
  4. Layer ice cream sandwiches.
  5. Spread whip cream.
  6. And continue as many times as you wish.
  7. On top layer spread whip cream.
  8. Squeeze caramel sauce on top.
  9. Sprinkle skor bits on top.
  10. Freeze at least 24 hours before serving.
  11. Cut to size and enjoy.
*Can also add fruit in between layers as you wish.
