Slow Cooker Sesame Chicken

Ingredients:
  • 3 lbs favourite raw chicken
  • 1/2 cup soya sauce
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 2-4 Tbsp ketchup
  • 2-4 Tbsp toasted sesame seed
*optional 1/4 - 1/2 tsp crushed chili flakes – depending on how much you want to spice up your life*

Procedure:
  1. Combine all ingredients and pour over chicken. Coat well.
  2. Place in slow cooker. Cook on low 6-8 hours or high 3-4 hours.
  3. Great with steamed rice – enjoy!
