|Slow Cooker Sesame Chicken
*optional 1/4 - 1/2 tsp crushed chili flakes – depending on how much you want to spice up your life*
- 3 lbs favourite raw chicken
- 1/2 cup soya sauce
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 2-4 Tbsp ketchup
- 2-4 Tbsp toasted sesame seed
- Combine all ingredients and pour over chicken. Coat well.
- Place in slow cooker. Cook on low 6-8 hours or high 3-4 hours.
- Great with steamed rice – enjoy!
