Nana Nancy's Ice Cream Cake
Dr. B's birthday cake was so good we had to share it with our patients - just be sure to brush your teeth when you're finished!
Ingredients:
- 1 box graham crumbs
- ½ cup melted butter
- 1 softened brick of vanilla ice cream
- 2 boxes pistachio pudding mix and
- 1 tub of cool whip
Directions:
- Mix together graham crumbs and melted butter and press in to 9 x 11 pan.
- Bake at 350 for 10 minutes – let cool.
- Blend together ice cream, pistachio pudding mix and cool whip
- Spread evenly over crust, top with bits or pieces of favourite chocolate bar.
- Freeze.
- Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving. Enjoy.
