Nana Nancy's Ice Cream Cake

 

Dr. B's birthday cake was so good we had to share it with our patients - just be sure to brush your teeth when you're finished!

Ingredients:

  • 1 box graham crumbs
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1 softened brick of vanilla ice cream
  • 2 boxes pistachio pudding mix and
  • 1 tub of cool whip

Directions:

  1. Mix together graham crumbs and melted butter and press in to 9 x 11 pan.
  2. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes – let cool.
  3. Blend together ice cream, pistachio pudding mix and cool whip
  4. Spread evenly over crust, top with bits or pieces of favourite chocolate bar.
  5. Freeze.
  6. Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving. Enjoy.
